Bid Process:
The bid process can be done in a variety of ways: a hard bid where the owner advertises for bids and chooses the lowest qualified bidder, a select bid where the owner chooses a group of contractors to bid on a project and selects the lowest qualified bidder, or where the owner negotiates with one or more contractors and chooses the one they feel is best qualified for the project.
